New to Yoga?
At Yoga Shala we have several forms of yoga to meet your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs! Not sure which is right for you? Drop in to a class and try it! Experience for yourself what it's all about, or contact us and we would be happy to discuss what class might be a good match for you! Practice one form or practice them all - they are a great compliment to each other!
Just know that yoga is all about YOUR body's needs. Come to class, do the best you can and honor your body when you need to by stopping to rest or asking for help from your teacher. Remember that yoga is a practice, so just start where you are and your practice will transform in time. If you have any specific limitations or injuries, it's always a good idea to let your teacher know before hand, and feel free to talk with your teacher after class if any questions or concerns arise.
