This trip is a safe and structured way to experience authentic India with a group of peers and personal connections (of Yoga Shala) at each of the destinations.

Yoga Study: Mysore: Practice 1 or 2x daily Ashtanga and/or Hatha Yoga at Mandala Yoga Shala, lecture with Sri BNS Iyengar; Sivananda Yoga Ashram: 2x daily Hatha Yoga asana practice, chanting, meditation, karma yoga; Varkala Beach: daily vinyasa practice lead by Tyler or Annie
