50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Yin Yoga continues to grow in popularity in the yoga community as a balance to our active practices and everyday lives. By holding passive postures for longer periods of time the practitioner has the opportunity to access an inner quietude and powerful practice of relaxation and release. This program will serve you whether your desire is to develop more awareness around your Yin Yoga practice or a more eloquent language for teaching.  No prerequisites or previous trainings are required. If you currently teach, the program will offer Continuing Education Hours through Yoga Alliance.
