I planted the seed four years ago to open a yoga studio in Carmichael close to my home. Reflecting back over this journey, I heard the following three messages often.

First - "If it's meant to be, it will be...".   I combed every square inch of Carmichael looking for the perfect location and wasn't finding anything. It was frustrating, but after each disappointment I would hear a soft voice inside my head saying, "If it's meant to be it will be." This was the first message, and Iheard it often.

Second - "It has to flow...".  Being a business owner and self-employed for over 25 years I knew that when something is meant to be, there is a natural flow to how things unfold, an ease. My second message was "It has to flow."

Third - "God's time...".  Knowing what it is like to be in business by myself, I was certain I wanted Annie, Tyler and Josh as my partners, so this meant I had to be very patient until we were all fully on board opening a second location.

Having to be patient was the hardest part of the journey for me, but also the most important to me. I wanted this studio to open on God's time, not mine. The third message I kept hearing was, "God's Time".

It was hard to listen to these messages at times, but I'm so glad I did. The timing feels like God's time, I am ready now, and excited to announce the grand opening of Yoga Shala in Carmichael.  There is a beautiful flow happening as we work to open the new studio next week..

I am forever grateful to our Yoga Shala community for your loving support as I step away from my weekly class's downtown to work closer to my home and family in Carmichael. My time with you has been sacred and I will miss seeing you each week, but I am not moving out of the country, just to Carmichael.

We will see eachother again, I promise!

Many Blessings and Much Love,
