Engage in compassionate but honest inquiry: “I'm doing to make my life the best it can be? What things am I doing to sabotage myself?' Get clear on the answers, and your life will get simpler: Do what works; don't do what doesn't. When you temporarily change your daily routines, you can open yourself up to seeing and feeling from new perspectives.
