Physical Cues: From a standing position, your upper body is lifted up halfway with your feet hip distance and rooted firmly into the ground. The crown of your skull reaches forward as your spine and side body traction long. Retracting your shoulder blades together and down your back recruits in an expansive action in your chest, rib cage, and navel center. Lastly, your gaze (Drishti) is down and slightly forward.
