What we focus on is what will grow. It’s the law of attraction. When we identify with our physical body only we will also identify with the material world. If we identify with our Soul or Spirit we will grow spiritually.
When we think in terms of what we want in life, what we go after and how we spend our time each day you can discover which aspect of yourself you are identifying with the most.
If you gravitate towards climbing the corporate ladder and making more money you will reach these higher levels in the company and make more money. If you gravitate towards spiritual growth, you will become wiser and live simply.
At the end of our lives though, what truly matters is did we Love enough, did we spend time with our beloved family and friends, do we have Faith.
Everyone has a seed inside their heart that is the seed of the Holy Spirit. If we want this seed to grow we must nourish it and tend to it. When we spend time studying ancient scriptures and doing spiritual practices this seed will grow.
Signs of a strong physical identity: Working out each day for the sake of making your body stronger, toned, thinner. Focusing on your body alone, never being satisfied with your body. Much time and attention is on the body shape and size.
We are so much more than our body! You will not be remembered for your body size and shape. You will be remembered for your Love, your smile, your kindness, your joy, your friendship, and your Spirit - the essence of who you are.
Being strong can certainly come in handy when it’s time to open jars in the kitchen and move furniture around. Health is wealth and important for sure! But when life gets hard or your faced with trauma, it is the Spiritual strength and Faith you will draw upon.
Spending time growing in knowledge is good for your business. Getting certified in this and that is also good for your business, growing your wealth and material gain. But at the end of your life, will these help you or haunt you? How much time did these take away from your beloved’s and was there a high price to pay? We certainly don’t want to look back and have regret.
The message here from the Angels is to do both!
Gain knowledge and study the ancient scriptures to be wise,
Be strong in body and embody inner Strength,
Collect material possessions and live simply,
Work and play,
Connect to Faith in the morning and evening of each day.
And when you look back at the end of your life, you can say, “That was a wower! Thank you!
Smile and be filled with Peace.
