Here's some simple tips to feeling better. Take small steps by giving yourself some time just for you. Carve out a little piece of the day to give yourself a healing salve. This could be listening/ singing to a song you love, read a few favorite quotes or a special poem and pleasure reading. Stand up and get yourself out side for a walk in nature intentionally breathing in the fresh air. Rummage thru the house and create an art piece or make a soul collage. And last but not least is to give yourself time to be in silence, unplugged from all devices. The thoughts may be loud at first, but by staying with it, they will quiet down and you will soon hear the soft whispers of your soul that are etched in your heart.
