The Esteemed Self: A 4 week consciousness series exploring self esteem and self love
Self esteem is essential for living a life that is infused with dignity and grace. Yet many of us are plagued with feelings of self doubt and insecurity unaware of how our subconscious belief structures influence not only our self image but our image and view of our world. This workshop series is designed to look deeply into the beliefs we hold about ourself and how those ingrained patterns effect everything we do. We will explore ideas such as: healthy boundaries, the ability to say no, codependency, body image, and the willingness to show up vulnerably. This series is about recognizing that we are already whole and to acknowledge and embrace that wholeness with the utmost self love.
