Beginners Yoga Series

An introductory series of four 60-minute sessions with a slower pace and smaller group focusing on the foundational mechanics of a physical yoga practice. You will explore techniques on breath, alignment in postures, safety, modifications for injuries and have the opportunity to ask questions. This is a great series for those interested in trying yoga for the first time, or refining one's practice. Consult the workshops page for the next scheduled Beginner Series.
