Carrie J Meyer
Carrie ERYT/RYT500 is a veteran teacher in the Sacramento yoga community. Her classes are informed by a wealth of education and life experience including over 8 years of residing, working, and traveling in numerous foreign countries, the majority of the time steeped in Eastern culture. Since her first in-depth yoga teacher training in 1999 she has found the philosophical/theoretical underpinnings of yoga to seamlessly merge with a holographic view of life that feeds her understanding of the evolving universe, human consciousness, and the perspective through which she also works with clients psycho-energetically in her private practice, Holoflective Healing (see www.carriejmeyer.com for information on her work including workshops and tours to Japan). In 2003 she completed a master's degree integrating Eastern, Western, and somatic psychology with a thesis about subtle awareness that remains the linchpin to all of her work. Her yoga classes offer a creative blend of flowing sequences incorporating subtle/somatic attunements and nuanced technical alignments, sprinkled with some earthly affection and humor. Her hope for those practicing with her is that they have a meditatively rich, physically satisfying, multi-dimensional experience of themselves that supports each heart in remembering itself purely.

Michelle Ives
Who am I? A teacher passionate about this practice and it’s offerings. I remember starting myyoga journey in 2014 and not having a body that seemed like it would EVER adapt or progressinto any of the poses. All I kept hearing was ‘show up, it gets easier, and I love you.’ Thesethree elements on this path were extremely crucial in my interest in becoming a teacher.Certified under Heather Roussos in 2016, she taught me that a good teacher wasn’t one thatcould do ALL the poses....that a good teacher taught from the heart and that their experiencesarticulated through the teachings of Yoga philosophy was all we needed to offer up. So here Iam, a forever student of this practice, offering up what I can to help those open up themselvesmore physically, emotionally, and spiritually on their mat. Vulnerability, honesty, and humility ~my favorite nuggets of this practice. Looking forward to being a part of this community!

Alexandra Morris
Hi there, I am Alexandra, a professional psychic medium, intuitive guide and teacher, supporting people in Awakening to the Divine Wisdom they hold within. I guide people through their Spiritual Awakenings, teaching them how to develop their psychic and mediumship abilities while deepening their connection with Self and Spirit.
Spiritism has been a lifelong study of mine. From the time I could walk and talk my grandmother encouraged me to talk to the Spirits that seemed to always be around me. As I became a bit older, my mother introduced me to Tarot. It was in my 20's when I began to take my abilities seriously, reading every book I could about energy, Spirit, psychic abilities, yoga philosophy and meditation. It was when my first mentor showed up that I felt my abilities becoming more clear as I learned to integrate them into my everyday life. Professionally, I have been offering Divine Guidance to my clients for almost a decade. My Soul purpose is to teach others how to listen to their own inner Divine Wisdom. Through working with me, my clients are able to heal areas in their lives that are inhibiting them from trusting their connection with Source, leading them to a more peaceful and Divinely lead life.
Teresa Mallory
Teresa is a former Division 1 Athlete who has always moved her body as a way to release adversity throughout her life. Teresa’s personal yoga practice is very expressive and vulnerable. She encourages her students to settle in her safe space through inspirational nuggets and her vibrational energy of hands on assistance. Teresa teaches Yin Yoga where she emphasizes breathwork and stillness. Teresa also teaches Vinyasa Yoga classes where she emphasizes the body and mind connection through graceful, yet challenging moments on the mat. Teresa understands that our moments on our mat translates to how we perform off our mat in the ever evolving world. So if it's Yin or Vinyasa, she will always bring a spark of challenge to keep her students ready and strong. Teresa recently transitioned to teaching yoga full time and aspires to own a yoga studio.
