Pattie Meier bio

A student and teacher of the healing arts, Pattie Meier has been practicing yoga since 2000 and working in the healing arts as a massage therapists and energy worker since 1998. She has taught massage therapy and anatomy at the career college level and has been teaching Yin Yoga since 2016.

With over 500 hours in yoga teacher training, Pattie currently teaches Yin yoga at both Yoga Shala Studios, as well as Yin/Yang classes in a variety of places in Sacramento. She offers sound bath experiences including meditation, pranayama (breath work), Kundalini Yoga inspired meditations and vibrational sound healing with symphonic gong, Chrystal/ Bowls, Magnetic Bowls, Alchemy Bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums and tuning forks.

With an open heart and flexible mind she creates a welcoming space for all and aspires to elevate, inspire and empower others in and out of the yoga studio. Her intuitive nature and approach to life will give the student or client an empowering, nurturing and inspirational yogic and healing experience.
