Our workshops are hosted by well trusted healers, practitioners and academics who bring a wealth of experience to share with us. They travel from all parts of the world to come to Shala Yoga to guide and teach new ways of living.
We will draw upon this energy of frequency and sound vibration to create healing in your body realigning with resilience, harmony and health. Sound is not just perceived by our ears but by every cell in the body.
