Our workshops are hosted by well trusted healers, practitioners and academics who bring a wealth of experience to share with us. They travel from all parts of the world to come to Shala Yoga to guide and teach new ways of living.
In this three hour foundational alignment workshop we will break down key postures that are the building blocks to all asana to help release tension, expand awareness, increase energy, fortify strength, nurture the nervous system, reduce discomfort, and decrease chances of injury.
