    HATHA

    Hatha Flow class is suitable for all bodies, beginners or the practitioner who is looking for a steady and grounded yoga class. Hatha Yoga focuses on breathe, balanced sequences, alignment based instruction, and more time on the floor. Hatha Flow offers fewer poses and allows the student to spend more time exploring each posture and the use of yoga props/blocks and blankets. Bring a water bottle and hand towel.

    YIN

    Yin Yoga is grounding, healing, and meditative, and is done primarily on the floor or at the wall while the body is supported with blankets and props.
