A yoga practice is simple, breath and pose. Anyone who wants to learn yoga can! No need to be flexible -that is a myth. In fact, most people who practice yoga are not flexible. In this short 3 week series you will feel the stress release all while learning the simple basics.
This workshop explores the yoga poses done in a regular yoga class
- Balancing, Warriors, Basic Backbends & Forward folds
- Yoga breath
- Blending breath moving from pose to pose
- Modifications for injuries
- Restorative stretches and relaxation poses
This workshop will prepare you to feel confident taking a regular class or to start your own home practice!
