A 3 week series of 60-minute classes taking your practice deeper.
This workshop will give you tools to deepen your understanding of yoga asana (postures) and build a stronger foundation to take you into more challenging poses. We will explore how to safely get into crow pose, side crow, using the wall for handstand or headstand, binds and more challenging standing postures. This beginner's series Level 2 is open to students who are interested in these poses, as well as those who have either taken Level 1 or have taken a minimum of 6 yoga classes. This is a small learning group that explores and grows together and it’s a lot of fun!
Tuesdays & Thursdays: Feb. 10,12,17,19, 24, 26
