This two hour Yin Yoga Workshop will be guided by the energy of the spleen and the physical and emotional qualities of digestion as well as the element of earth. Chinese medicine recognizes late summer as its own season with a character that is as unique as the other 4 traditional seasons. This workshop will focus on stretching the legs with Yin Yoga poses and strengthening our connection to the earth through the legs. The goal is to provide the practitioner tools for vitality throughout this special season.
