For those with a solid foundation looking to explore their practice. Learn variations of postures commonly called in class. We will begin with modifying binds progressing into full expressions.
August 15- Arm Balances and Inversions
Build more strength, patience, and fearlessness. We will explore various inversions and arm balance transitions. Learn how to seamlessly add these balances into your practice and turn time on the mat upside down.
September 05-Extended Integration Flow
Be ready to work, play, and laugh through a fun two-hour extended flow where the series comes together to allow you to integrate these new elements into your individual practice.
