This two hour Yin Yoga workshop will be guided by the energy of the heart and the element of fire. Yoga, in its simplicity, honors the seasons of nature and according to Chinese medicine the summer is ruled by the heat of the heart. In this class we will target the upper body and use the teachings of Yin Yoga and Chinese medicine to support a practice that honors the season. The goal is to provide the practitioner tools for vitality throughout the summertime.
