This 3 week series will give you tools to transition into studio classes or your home practice. You will explore foundational techniques on breath, alignment in postures, safety, modifications for injuries and have the opportunity to ask questions. Learn the building blocks to create comfort in your body and in a class room setting.
This is a great series for those interested in trying yoga for the first time, or refining one's practice. This will be a small learning group environment that will grow together.
