This workshop is based around the healing, de-stressing, and cleansing power of your breath. In conjunction with the awareness of mindful breathing, there will be guided meditation as well as spacious silence, to observe and feel the effect of the yoga practice.
The Bandhas are an internal system in which mindfulness, muscular contraction, and alignment are used to channel breath and energy effectively inside. It is meditative to breathe and use the Bandhas, and this yoga practice will result in a grounded, focused, relaxed, yet energized feeling.
