A Grateful You is a 21 day gratitude + yoga challenge. Start your holiday season by truly diving into the heart of this giving time. This time of year can often produce feelings of frenzy and stress. However the opportunity is to ignite the Spirit of your grateful heart by diving into YOUR spirit through the practice of gratitude and committing to 3 weekly yoga classes.
Throughout the 21 days you'll commit to:
- Nov 1 - 5 Perform a random act of kindness toward a stranger or loved one everyday
- Nov 6- 10 A complaint free zone (practice not uttering any complaints)
- Nov 11 - 17 Practice an act of self-care everyday (i.e. take a long bath, or a walk at the river, or a massage..)
- Nov 18 - 22 Journal your blessings everyday (a gratitude journal)
- 3 Yoga classes EACH week during the challenge. (purchase yoga separately)
