In this workshop we will examine each of the agreements in turn and inquire how we can use them to enhance our daily life. This inquiry is the practice of jnana yoga, (wisdom yoga). Jnana yoga heals and opens the mind just as hatha yoga heals and opens the body, helping us to remain calm and centered in the face of life's challenges.
