This 2.5 hour class will be guided by the energy of the heart and the element of fire. According to Chinese medicine the summer is ruled by the heat of the heart and the emotion of JOY! We will use the passive holds of Yin to target and disarm the tension in the upper body and we will conclude with a Yoga Nidra session designed to cool and calm the body. Our goal is to use the practices of Yin and Nidra to reach an organic and joyful relaxation in the peak of this active season.
