Stephanie is a Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness Coach & Reiki practitioner who loves making healthy, nutrient-rich foods taste delicious. She has worked with influential leaders in the natural food industry such as Whole Foods Market and Cafe Gratitude. She loves healing energy work and combining food, yoga, and mindfulness to create a new level of health for you. She loves to learn and attend workshops to grow personally and spiritually and helps many others on that journey as well. She is very passionate about organic, local, and sustainable food and has been featured on Sac & Co, Good Day Sacramento, and Fox 40 showing off her creations.
