Yoga, in its simplicity, honors the seasons of nature. This two hour yin yoga practice will embody the restorative rhythm of winter. We will hold forward folds and passive backbends to target the healing energy of the kidneys and encourage the body to fall deeply into a state of rest and digest and truly utilize the darkness of winter to heal.
