This 3-part series will build upon basic acro yoga poses to develop smooth transitions and flows (“washing machines”). It’s like a vinyasa flow, acro style! The Games and drills we will explore with will help find alignment, communication, and playfulness. Suitable for beginners and intermediate level of experience, no partner necessary, and each session will build upon the previous one creating a stong foundation on which to continue your acro yoga practice.
