Learn new transitions and washing machines in this workshop for acroyogis looking to level up. Reno and Sariah of The Handstand Nation will help you find the alignment and technique to make the moves smooth and efficient. Expect some drills for refinement and some games to keep it fun as always.
Come with or without a partner - we always work in groups of 3 or more with spotters.
Pre-req: Star, back bird, side star, ninja star, straddle throne, foot to hand, shoulderstand.
