Maya Angelou says, "I don't trust people who say I love you who don't love themselves. There is an African saying which is: Be careful when a naked person offers you a shirt."
You may have heard before that the amount of love and trust you give yourself is equal to the love and trust you are capable of giving to another and if you haven't figured it out yet its 100% true. Join me for an afternoon of identifying what parts of ourselves we struggle to love and trust and why. Through exercise, journaling, meditation, and a big heart opening practice we'll release our old belief patterns of who we need to be in order to be loved. You'll learn how to start loving and trusting yourself now as you are and gain the insight necessary to love and trust yourself without boundaries or deadlines.
