Trimurti translates to the three incarnations of God as expressed in the Hindu tradition, or more closely translated as the three faces of the Divine. Brahma is the creator, Vishnu the protector or preserver, and Shiva the destroyer & transformer. In the philosophy of Yoga, the Divine lives within each of us and the deities qualities and stories represent and offer us teachings on the innermost aspects of our true nature. Through asana, pranayama, chanting, and story we’ll invoke the energy of Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma within ourselves.

All Levels welcome. Students interested are welcome to bring a journal and pen for notes.
