Start your yoga journey strong and confident. This workshop will give you the tools you need to create a strong and safe yoga practice. You will explore techniques on breath, alignment in postures, safety, modifications for injuries and have the opportunity to ask questions. This is a great series for those interested in trying yoga for the first time, or refining one's practice.
Each class in this 6-part series will focus on specific building blocks of body and breath alignment. This series will give you the tools you need for a strong and safe yoga practice while building your comfort level in a class room.
This beginner's series is open to those interested in trying yoga, as well as this who wish to strengthen their poses and deepen their understanding of yoga postures and meditative aspects.
This is small learning group that explores and grows together.
