With the arrival of the Fall season comes the predominance of the air element. Out in nature, we witness the ripeness of summer fading, as plants begin to die back towards the dormancy of winter. Leaves dry and fall off trees, blowing in the wind.
Attuning ourselves with the natural rhythms of nature, we may notice our own inner guidance to slow down, get grounded, stay warm and be nourished.
In this workshop, we will start with a slow fluid grounding movement practice, dive deeper into balancing breathwork for the season, then explore the resonance of sound and mantra, and wrap up with some yummy self-care routines and practices that will leave the senses feeling nourished.
Bring something to take notes with and a yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing for a gentle yoga practice.
