In this workshop we will be tapping away beliefs around “Being hard on ourselves” and “Not feeling good enough” as these thoughts can drain our energy and can lead to self-sabotage. We will be affirming the goodness and uniqueness of you, and support your truest beautiful expression. We will end the workshop shop with some restorative poses to let the process truly integrate in body, mind, and spirit.
