Join Carley Stephens in expanding your yoga practice by exploring deeper versions of common poses and learning how to modify your practice for your level and body.
This series is appropriate for beginners with minimal yoga experience, students who have completed our Beginner’s Series and are wanting to learn more, and current students wanting to refine their alignment in their practice.
