with Kat Sun and HyeJin Yu
Join Kat Sun and HyeJin Yu for a 2.5-hour afternoon retreat.
We’ll begin with gentle yoga and guided breathwork to soften the body, deepen awareness, and regulate the nervous system through slow, conscious breathing. These grounding practices help release physical tension, improve circulation, and create spaciousness in both body and mind. A cozy tea and light snack community pause offers time to integrate, connect, and gently transition into the sound portion of our gathering.
While seated, you’ll receive hands-on tuning fork applications and be guided through vocal toning and simple mantric chanting, using your own voice to steady the mind, support emotional release, and cultivate heart-centered connection. We will then move into an immersive sound healing journey while lying down, with soothing frequencies and integrated aromatherapy designed to calm the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and invite deep restorative rest.
