With over 26 years as a massage therapist, Pattie is offering a practice she calls MyoMedicine (muscle medicine). This 90 minute workshop will be like receiving a full body massage! This therapy utilizes foam rollers, tennis balls and gentle yoga for the self-care your body is craving.

Although it can be processed in many ways, the purest form is used as a ceremonial drink. This warm, deep and earthy beverage stimulates both the body and spirit and opens a flow for a powerful connection to the heart.
This ceremony will include traditional cacao, guided dialogue, and restorative poses for heart opening.
