Each week we will incorporate breathing, restorative yoga, meditation, and journaling. You will learn ways to calm the mind, connect with yourself, and get grounded. The goal is for each student to leave with their own set of tools to use in their daily life. This series is open to all levels and all bodies, beginners are especially encouraged to attend! Bring a yoga mat, journal, and pen.
