Gift yourself the experience of this Sacred Women’s Circle, where we come together to share and cultivate self-care rituals designed for women, to nourish and sustain us through our daily lives. Learn to move thru the Seasons of the Year and the Seasons of your Life with GRACE, VITALITY and RADIANCE.

Enter the portal of sacred space together, as we connect our body, mind and breath through a gentle fluid yoga practice, appropriate for the season. Then share in the fun as we introduce rituals for nurturing self-care, exercises for creative self exploration/expression, recipes for balancing in the season, and wind down with a brief guided meditation to seal in the day.

Bring something to take notes with and your yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing for a gentle yoga practice.

As a llife-time student and devotee to the healing and mystical arts of life, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, doTerra Essential Oil Wellness Advocate, Licensed Landscape Architect, Painter of Mandalas, Creator of Malas, Student of Jyotish, Designer of Sacred Space, Knitter, Dancer, and Sister within the modern day Priestesshood that is re-awakening on our planet today. Her teachings are inspired by the flow and flux of life, the qualities of the 5 elements, the pulsation between Yin and Yang, the undulating dance between the divine Feminine and divine Masculine that dwells within, and our connection to Divine Source.
