This class will use basic yoga postures to address hip tension and related issues such as Sciatica. Many anatomical structures associated with the hips will be addressed; such as the hamstrings, quadriceps, adductors, abductors, deep hip rotators, and deep hip flexors. This practice will rejuvenate your body and leave you feeling fresh, happy and light!
Ryan is a Certified Yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga for 6 years and practicing for a decade. Ryan is also a Certified Rolfer who specializes in working with people's muscles and connective tissues through hands-on manipulation to eliminate pain and re-balance postural misalignment. This knowledge influences his yoga class sequences and posture selections.
