A series of 6 60-minute sessions over six weeks.
Tuesdays at 7:30-8:30pm

A slower pace and smaller group makes the beginner's series an enjoyable way to learn the poses. This workshop will give you the tools you need to create a strong and safe yoga practice. You will explore techniques on breath, alignment in postures, safety, modifications for injuries and have the opportunity to ask questions. This is a great series for those interested in trying yoga for the first time, or refining one's practice.

Each class in this 6-part series will focus on specific building blocks of body and breath alignment. This series will give you the tools you need for a strong and safe yoga practice while building your comfort level in a class room.
This beginner's series is open to those interested in trying yoga, as well as this who wish to explore the basic fundamentals of yoga postures and meditative aspects.
