EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping is a is a powerful meridian based, self-healing technique. EFT is simple and effective in clearing generations of genetic memory, psychological conditioning and limiting beliefs that may be holding us back from living our best life.
Steph Dodds will go through rounds of tapping in a group setting, tapping away any limiting thoughts you might have around believing you can heal anything from physical pain, insomnia, stress, unsuccessful weight loss struggle, addiction, poverty consciousness, trauma, feeling of unworthiness, lack of focus, depression, etc. She will then guide group through some yin restorative poses to let the process truly integrate in body, mind, and spirit.
All are welcome. No prior yoga or EFT tapping experience needed.
