This class is designed to gently stretch, mobilize, and strengthen the lower back. Many anatomical structures associated with the lower back will be addressed; such as the legs and hips, pelvis, sacrum, abdominal "core," low/middle/upper back, shoulders and neck. This practice will rejuvenate your body and leave you feeling fresh, happy and light!
Ryan is a Certified Yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga for 6 years and practicing for a decade. Ryan is a Certified Rolfer who specializes in working with people's muscles and connective tissues through hands-on manipulation to eliminate pain and re-balance postural misalignment. This knowledge influences his yoga class sequences and posture selections.
Class fits both beginning and continuing practitioners.
