In this workshop, you will learn techniques for self-massage and self-care using the Roll Model Therapy Balls. These balls have a unique density and "grip-and-grab" texture that penetrates through your layers of skin and connective tissues to rub deep into your muscles in a way that mimics the hands of a skilled massage therapist.

During our time together we will focus on 2 key areas of the body that tend to hold the most tension - the hips and low back. You will learn about the anatomical structures related to these areas and effective routines for self-care and self-massage that release tension and pain.

Included in the price of the workshop are 2 Yoga Tune-Up Therapy Balls with travel tote.


Ryan Caputi is an E-RYT200 with over 1000 hours of classroom experience teaching yoga and meditation since 2010. He is also a Certified Rolfing Structural Integration Practitioner who deeply understands how muscles and fascia are connected throughout the body. He also has training and experience with the Roll Model Method therapy ball approach to create therapeutic classes that roll out all those tight spots and pain areas in your body.
