Yoga for the Neck and Shoulders

This class is designed to gently stretch, mobilize, and strengthen the neck and shoulders. Many anatomical structures associated with the neck and shoulders will be addressed; such as the thoracic spine, shoulder blades, shoulders, forearms, and neck. This practice will rejuvenate your body and leave you feeling fresh, happy and light!

Ryan is a Certified Yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga for 6 years and practicing for a decade. Ryan is a Certified Rolfer who specializes in working with people's muscles and connective tissues through hands-on manipulation to eliminate pain and re-balance postural misalignment. This knowledge influences his yoga class sequences and posture selections.

Suitable for beginner's to the seasoned practitioner.
