This course is taught by Ryan, a Certified Yoga Teacher who has been teaching yoga for 8 years and practicing for a decade. Ryan is also a Certified Rolfer who specializes in working with people's postural balance and function through hands'on manipulation of fascia and connective tissue. His knowledge of the body influences his yoga classes and teaching style.
