Join Pattie for a wonderful experience of meditation, singing bowls, gongs, and positive healing vibes. The focus of each sound bath is to create a portal for self healing. By loosening blocked emotions and gently releasing that which no longer serves you into the sound, you activate your inherent ability to heal and awaken. All matter, including your body is made of sound waves and has a vibrational frequency. In each session we will use yogic breath and enjoy meditation & relaxation with the powerful healing vibrations from the gong, tuning forks and singing bowls.
