Join seasoned yoga teacher Karen Lee as we break down foundational yoga poses and breath (pranayama), including modifications, leaving you prepared for your yoga journey.
We'll introduce fundamental sequences, including sun salutations, standing poses, backbends and hip openers.
No experience is necessary and all are welcome.
About Karen Lee:
Karen’s yoga journey began in 2010, thanks to a friend’s invitation. She’s since immersed herself in the practice and its philosophy, completing her first 200-hour teacher training in 2012.
Her studentship continues to deepen through advanced studies and the guidance of teachers like Tyler Langdale and Annie Fox Langdale, and Janet Stone.
Drawing from her lived experience, Karen teaches with a spirit of acceptance and remembrance. Her classes invite students to be present, let go of rigid ideas of right and wrong, and honor themselves and their unique path.
