As we shift from the long hot days of late Summer into the cooler shorter days of early Fall, we inherently feel the change around us and naturally sense an internal shift as well.
With this internal shift, we sense within our bodies the need for different activities, foods, and rhythms.
Join us as we welcome Fall and embrace the shift of seasons in this 2 hour ‘Fall Yoga + Ayurveda’ workshop.
Kat Sun will guide us through a grounding and nurturing Yoga practice designed to address qualities of the season. Interwoven will be an introduction to basic Ayurvedic principles as they relate to seasons, cycles, food, diet and lifestyle.

Kat leads a fluid, intelligent practice weaving together breath and movement in a conscious flow. Classes are a blend of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative yoga styles, interwoven with pranayama and meditation, and accentuated with a sense of lightness, play, and exploration.
