Ready to take your practice to the Next Level?
Explore the art of internal action that will guide your practice in a strong and effective manner. You will learn to activate your subtle body through the engagement of breath and bandhas to move with grace during your transitions in a vinyasa sequence.
We will cover various topics such as: alignment in chatarunga & upward dog, how to jump back/forward in the vinyasa sequence, the purpose of bandhas and how to engage them in your practice, accessing binds and transitions.
This workshop will help develop the tools for improved alignment and the ability to access more challenging postures. Yoga practitioners of all levels are invited to attend.
