In this 2.5 hour workshop, we will cover specific breathwork, meditation and journaling techniques to create relief and inspiration. We will begin to restructure our toolbox and thought process about the things that cause us the most amount of stress.

Self Investigation will include:

  • What is your physical reaction to stress?

  • What is your behavioral response to stress?

  • What is your commitment level to self-healing?

  • Creating a comfortable home within yourself is within your reach. Cultivating well- being and resilience takes practice. You have what it takes.
